Streaks, XP, levels, leagues and missions
The system that gamifies consistency: keep a streak, earn XP, climb the league.
4 min readA few simple mechanics make progress visible and rewarding. They all serve one purpose: making it easy to come back tomorrow.
- Streak: days you trained in a row. A streak freeze can bridge a missed day.
- XP & level: completed work earns XP and raises your level.
- Missions: small daily and weekly targets that grant XP when complete.
- League: you are ranked against other users by weekly XP.
You can win a streak back with one workout. When Pofi gets cold, a single completed workout warms it up and restarts the streak.
Leagues and the weekly reset
Your weekly XP places you on the same table as others in your league. At week's end, the top climb a league and the bottom drop one. The ranking resets every Monday — so a bad week never holds you back for good; there's always a clean start.
How does a streak freeze work?
When you know you'll miss a day, a freeze bridges it and keeps your streak. They're limited, so use them when you really need to.
What earns me XP?
Completing workouts, logging meals and water, finishing missions and keeping your streak all earn XP. Consistency pays more than one-off big efforts.
What if the league feels like pressure, not motivation?
If competition doesn't suit you, you can ignore it; streaks, XP and missions are enough on their own for personal progress.
