Nature of the service
KocFit AI is a fitness tool, not a medical service. Exercise at your own discretion and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Account
- You are responsible for accurate information and account security.
- Users must be at least 13 years old.
Subscriptions and payment
Free and premium options may be offered. Premium subscriptions are sold only inside the mobile app through the Apple App Store and Google Play, which handle payment, billing and taxes. Premium access lasts for the subscribed period and renews unless cancelled in your store account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, break applicable law, interfere with systems or attempt unauthorised access.
Your profile name, avatar, friend requests, and any content visible to other users must be lawful, respectful, and safe. Other users may report or block you, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Any photos you upload (including progress photos) must be your own and lawful. Uploading illegal, abusive or sexually explicit content — and in particular any content involving minors — is strictly prohibited, as is using the gallery as general file storage. We may remove such content, suspend or terminate the account, and report unlawful material to the relevant authorities.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes, including injury, arising from misuse or reliance on fitness content.
Termination and changes
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend abusive use. Material term changes may be communicated in the app or by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
