14-day refund support

If you're not happy within 14 days of your first purchase, contact us and we'll help with your refund request. Since subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, refunds are processed under their store policies.

How to request a refund

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so payments and refunds are handled under their policies. On iOS, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, via your Google Play account. Need help? Email [email protected] and we'll assist.

Renewals

Access is purchased for a defined period. You can choose not to renew and keep access until the current period ends.
