KocFit is a coaching platform for personal trainers to manage their clients. The coaching service is provided by the business/trainer you are linked to; KocFit only provides the software.
You must be over 18. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
Exercise, nutrition and health-related content on the platform is for informational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a new program.
One-to-one coaching services may be paid. Payments are processed via payment providers (Lemon Squeezy / Shopier).
In the iOS app, one-to-one live coaching is offered as a real-world service, using payment methods compliant with applicable platform rules.
Refund terms are subject to your linked business's policy and applicable consumer law.
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to threaten the security of the system.
The software and brand belong to KocFit. Content you upload (programs, measurements, photos, etc.) belongs to you; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
